I can't decide if more aging in the bottle would help OR drink now due to lack of aroma, flavors, etc. Pam Starr can do better than this! It may be just this bottle, so I have another which I will drink late next year.

This light yellow/green wine (100% Sauvignon Blanc) was partially barrel fermented in used French oak. With aromatics that favor the floral and herbal side of the grape, it delivers scents of chamomile, green tea and chervil, supported by citrus and nectarine fruit. Light-bodied, fresh, softly oaked and with seamless alcohol (14.4%), it has good mid-palate presence and finishes with medium length. While enjoyable, this iteration of Crocker & Starr Sauvignon Blanc is tilted a bit too far to the herbal side of the grape. Drink now-2019.

This wine absolutely needs at least 3 more years!

Took on more of a Chardonnay taste and feel than I was expecting.

This year did not measure up to previous years. Admit that some aging may help, but initial flavors is lacking.
