Tasted 6 weeks ago, remembering I was all about the mineral notes I tasted.. though today's experience was a little bit different. I can definitely agree with previous reviewers comments of melon in the profile. Overtones of melon and florals in aromas and flavors, matched with notes of saline and chalky, mineral-ladened grape skins. Medium bodied mouthfeel, with very fine, chalky, mineral-ladened tannins and refreshing acid.

Aroma: somewhat odd vegetal nose. Suggestions of nuts and melon. Palate: pleasant creamy start becomes rather harsh and flinty. Moderate acidity. Melon flavors. Harshness dominates.

This salmon-colored rosé is a blend of 40% Cinsault, 30% Syrah and 30% Grenache. Highly aromatic, light-bodied and completely dry, it delivers a payload of raspberries, rose petals and coriander, all framed with fresh acidity and seamless alcohol (13%). Solid in the middle and closing with a crisp, medium-length finish, this is yet another winner imported by Kermit Lynch. Drink now-2019.

Very pale rust/salmon hue. Aromas of dried flowers, strawberries. Some sweetness on the finish, high acidity.

Pale. Classic melon rind, thin veneer of glycerine. Good.
