  So this very interesting Sorridente blend was really nice, and very, very food friendly (in our case, with pizza). Medium body on this one, a bit of time in the glass opened it up more than it had already been. Definitely a few more years yet, suggesting 2024. I would definitely suggest pairing with Italian food.
