The Falaris vineyard is a small block located in a southeast facing slope in the Leyda Valley with particularly low soil fertility. This spends 4-5 months in oak. It has a rich, buttery nose with some toastiness and some fragrance. Rounded and easy, if a bit simple. Very Good.
