  Pnp with no aeration. A little dry up front and fruit at the end on the first day. Lost the dryness on day two. Decent for the price. Not complex, but enjoyable nonetheless.

  Not bad but not anything special either. Smooth but quite acidic, with dried fruits like prune and got sweet as it opened up. Had with company, so didn’t take any notes.

  Pretty good. Not blown away (but it was 3rd bottle of the night and the first 2 were killer. Lacked structure and not as intense as I imagined a Valpolicella Ripasso would be. I will be looking for more examples to try.

  Straits Wines - Monte del Fra Tasting (Straits Wines @ Balmoral Plaza): pale ruby; quite acidic, and tannic; blackberry, plum, pepper, blackforest, vanilla, liquorice, glass
