reserve in the sense of selection but not in the sense of oak treatment, this unoaked bottling balances good Sauv Blanc acidity with round fruitiness (some gooseberry, tropicality and lime) to be a QPR food-friendly choice. Still plenty fresh.

Paired with Crab legs, tasted of citris & green apples. It has been a few years since last tasting and not as stunning for the varietal as I remember from prior vintages

Last bottle; still with good acidity, plenty of gooseberry, some lime. Good complement to sushi. Certainly hasn't gotten any better but had held up.

Usually one of our favorites with our shrimp & citrus ceviche, this wine was still OK but had lost much of it's zing (or perhaps never had it).

Crisp fuit flavors with zing; crisp acidity; nice, pleasant finish; good wine; will be very nice in summer with grilled seafood, salads, etc.
