  PnD let air for 1hr after a 1hr chill in th fridge.
  
  Clear medium ruby.
  
  Clean. Medium(+) intensity with aroma of cherry strawberry porcini sage Parmesan rind and a touch of funky earth.
  
  Dry. Medium alcohol. Medium(+) acidity. Medium tannin. Medium body. Medium intensity with flavours of macerated cherry sage strawberry and porcini.
  
  Medium(+) finish with black tea grippy tannins. Very good drink now and over the next 5 years. Finesse and flavour. Exceeds expectations for the vintage.

  Gaffel og karaffel, bobler og sjømat. Dobbel magnum. Ufin lukt og litt lukket rett etter åpning. Rik, kraftig, morell parfymert. Flott vin. Mulig oppside ved lagring.

  Ruby red in color. 14% ABV. Fantastic nose of red fruits, tar, anise and flowers. Medium body with perfect acidity. Rustic and charming. Black cherry, menthol, tobacco and spice on the palate. Medium length on the finish. A wine that over achieves for the vintage and the price tag. Best over the next 1-2 years.

  Great Wine Spectator recommendation! 30+ minute decant. Dark red color. Blackberry and dark cherries on the nose. Wine is elegant with integrated tannins. Medium finish. Excellent QPR @ £23. Exceeded expectations.

  30-45 min decant
  
  Strong, almost smokey sweet nose.
  
  Smoothed out very well but still strong dark berries. Good transition to a mineral yet sweet peak. Tobacco and herbal goodness. Soft, long finish with signature bitter end (which I love). Had a hard time putting the glass down for this one. Wish we had more to keep...
