Interesting, interesting. This gamay is a wonderful example of wines most Americans don't taste because they're not sold, pushed or foisted upon. Nice, light quaffing wine - popped and poured, drank before dinner at the ski house near Sugarbush VT on a really cold night with the fire blazing. While clearly not the refinement of a silky burgundy, the price to value equation is excellent. Buy a bunch, drink it often.

Nice pop and pour. Fresh, vibrant and juicy with no rough edges. Acid frame dissolved a bit the second day.

Well balanced, light, good quality bojo from start to finish. Paired well with a range of foods from fish to lamb.

Good beaujolais, Fruity and soft, strawberry, with nice acidity and typical gamay-ness.
