  • It’s been a while since I’ve had this. 12.5% ABV. Key lime aromas. Very nuanced palate with very nice complexity. Some barrel ferment perhaps? Concrete egg for part? Some kernel and lots of mineral. I’d have a tough time not calling this as really Fine New World Chard, like Vasse Felix Heytesbury Chardonnay.
