Pure biodynamics! Light in the glass, only a subtle scent on the nose, little fruit, more herbs. Same in the mouth, quite dry but little acid, more spice, some chamomile or something similar. Overall very interesting, but not overwhelming. You shouldn't expect much power in this price range. That's what wine is good for! Not a fashionable over-fruited Sauvignon.
Biodynamie pur! Kein Kaugummi-Frucht-Mode-Sauvignon!

Bright, tight, flinty, green fruit, palate is tight, Loire-like acidity, juicy fruit, lime, grapefruit, smoky long finish
