  Covenant, Red C, Sauvignon Blanc, 2016: Light straw color with on the nose, lime, citrus blossom, freshly cut grass and mountain waterfalls (it's a thing). Light to medium-bodied, with on the palate fresh lime, kiwi, yellow grapefruit, lemon zest, stoney minerals, with medium-plus acidity and citrus pith lingering on the moderately long finish. Very solid and refreshing SB. 13.5% Abv. Drink now-2019 90+
