  Pale gold in appearance. Smell notes of Granny Smith Apple, green pear, pineapple, a sour note I could not define, and lots of floral notes including wisteria. Taste profile was dry with medium-high acidity and light body. The taste profile was difficult to source outside of bitter mineral, but there seemed to be hints of citrus including lime and slight notes of peach.
