Nose of cherry and earth funk. A true pinot aroma profile. Popped this after tasting an Eola Hills '07 Oregon pinot...drinking from Oregon Riedel pinot stems. Medium bodied w/a short finish. A good value for the $10 I picked several bottles up for...and better, for sure than the Eola Hills...but don't waste anytime looking for this. Should it be in the discount rack, for the above mentioned price vs the normal $15-$18 or so, a good value. Granted, after consuming much higher priced wines over the weekend, coming down back to earth w/a wine such as this...is well...a reality check.

Popped and poured. This bottle is much better than, the last one. I used a glass airator this time, and I think this made a world of difference. Drank out of Reidel Oregon pinot glasses, which also aided in the wine opening up. Nose of cherry and light earth, a medium bodied wine w/some depth, texture and complexity. The "toys" seemed to help this wine. Very good.

Popped and aired for an hour. This wine has a faint nose of cherry and earth, not much here. A light, balanced wine w/o out a lot of flavor. Not a whole lot to write about. Good, but giving the quality of past Sebastiani pinots, somehwat of a let down.

Has aged surprisingly well! Still has the distinctive ripeness of a Cal Pinot Noir, but with the age has mellowed and has more complexity.

From a restaurant in Belize, what you expect? Not bad for here.
