  • Straight forward Chianti. Well put together, low oak, bright red cherries. There's a hint of dirty penny on the nose that is tad distracting. This begins to dissipate after an hour and is completely gone on day two when the wine becomes darker and more interesting.

  • That is the 3rd vintage of this Chianti I'm tasting. It shows its character, which is fruit forward thanx to steel maturation with no oak. Fruits & berries and still lovely Chianti. Organic certified vineyards.

It remains in my top-choice every day wines. Easy drinking and compliments most of the dishes when you don't focus on fancy gastronomy and just want to have a glass of red wine with your homemade dinner on the workdays.
Can drink now, but I would go for '13 and '14 vintages as for now.
