Black fruit, plum and black pepper on the nose. Generally attractive bouquet, not atypical of Malbec. Dark red in colour. Green tannins dominate the fruit when tasting. Medium acidity, more bitter on finish than I think is pleasant.

Ruby low transparency. Nose is a nice version of decomposing leaves. Dark fruit, plum. Palate starts with a short fruit burst which disappears to a medium tannin driven and somewhat earthy leather and pepper middle. Finish is off-dry. Not notable acid. ~ Bad hangover wine

Very good QPR on this remarkably inexpensive quality entry level wine, one of our go-to daily drinkers with meat. Dark color, intense fruit-forward nose and palate at this point well balanced with controlled and softening tannins, hint of oak, dark cherry and rose with a hint of smoke on the late palate. Long aftertaste. Highly recommend in the $13 - $15 range.

(opened 2 hours ago) - color: dark purple velvet; nose: light cherry and oak; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, soft red fruit taste, medium-length finish (but slightly vegetal notes), mild tannins; overall: slightly above average as an entry-level weeknight malbec blend, tasty and affable, good QPR at $13.60/bottle (sale price at Spirits of Mount Vernon in Baltimore), fully ready to drink as of November 2017, bright and friendly juice which should pair well with grilled burgers or marinated flank steak. Will buy again!

For $15 it's a nice value. Let it breath for a while and you have some nice dark fruit with not too harsh tannins
