{screwcap, 12.5%, AP 6 17} Mid yellow. Broad citrus aromas. Palate is need dry, but low in acid, giving it a fairly heavy, flat palate presence. Medium/full bodied for Riesling. Opened with a pop and a fair bit of spritz on the palate too, but doesn’t really translate into freshness. Quite short finish. Ok wine, but I was expecting a bit more pizzaz somehow.

Compared to the last bottle 1,5 years ago it lacks the complexity on the mid palate. Driven by minerality, considerably high acidity and a mix of citrus / peach it is pretty good value for that price. Mid long aftertaste.

Bibendum Portfolio Tasting 2019: Herb and lemon on the nose. Palate is suitably dry, with a good acid kick along its length, stretching the wine out well.

Restrained smell of peach, some floral smells too. Lightish body and spiky acid in the mouth, grapefruit. Very clean mineral taste in the mouth, with a good length finish. Very good

Spicy, ripe citrus nose. Soft palate entry, and neutral in terms of fruit intensity. Bitter, phenolic finish. Not for me.
