This continues to impress, with the crisp acidity and fresh apple and pear flavours very successfully balancing the sweet honey. I'm not sure if it will improve with age but it's so delicious now that I see no reason to bother trying.

Slightly sweeter than the normal cuvée, which is to be expected, but not at all cloying or syrupy, thanks to the crispness of the apple and pear-flavoured finish. Most enjoyable.

Solid quality, not hugely complex, but a true-to-form Vouvray with honeyed quince and an off-dry yet acid-driven palate. Good

Was delightful on a warm spring day with some basic charcuterie in the middle of the woods.
