Took a little while to show what it has. Nose was strong right out of the gate. Took the palate a little longer, but then there was grapefruit and stone fruits. Excellent with seared tuna and wasabi mashed potatoes at Chachama.

Golden shimmer in appearance.
Tropical fruits on the nose. Plus some sweet notes. Picks up some petroleum with lots of air.
Tropical and citrus fruits unfurl from the palate. Lots of grapefruit and sour citrus flavours are the more dominant over time. Becoming more and more nuanced and expressive with time in the glass. Saline and mineral on the finish.

This needed a while to blow off some bitterness, but after that this showed pure Riesling class. The nose is quite ripe and somewhat sweet, with ripe tropical fruits, lemon, apple, and wet stones on the palate. Give this a few more years, and its magic.
