  Ruby red, vibrant. Restraint nose of red fruits and dried leaves/forest. Dry, medium(+) acidity, low tannin, medium alcohol @13% abv, medium body. Medium(-) palate of cherry, red berries, licorice. Focused fruit-driven medium finish with racy acidity.
  Drink on its own, with charcuterie or other light savory dishes. A quaff.

  Medium ruby, fast-moving tears @13% abv (which I like). Medium aroams of cherry, baking powder crushed rock. Dry, medium(+) acidity, low tannin, medium alcohol and medium body. Crisp palate of cherry, red fruits with bright acidity. Rather light, fruit driven with reasonable length. Pizza wine.
