  80% rousanne and 20% clariette. almost chablis-like aromas of honey and iodine but also notes of walking through a grassy meadow with white flowers. medium-plus bodied; enters with honeycomb, dry wheat grain and pear flavors but its a little hollow on the mid-palate. finishes with bruised apple and salty minerality. i don't think this will get better with age, so probably drink now and might hold for a couple of years.
