P/slightly chilled with 20 mins glass time. Clear, pale straw color. Wonderful nose of oak, shale, minerals, tropical fruit. Wonderful stuff. Powerful and full bodied with same traits as in the nose with complex and clean flavors. Good drinking window, excellent integration and likely will hold for many more years. If you like big and bold Chard, here you go. Not hot or flabby in the least. Sharp, tangy fruit with a nice wood edge. Nothing off. $71 winery direct.

Beautiful tropical fruit on the nose. The palate is a near perfect balance of fruit and oak, with a hint of lavendar. Lingering finish with notes of roasted nuts that slowly fades.
This is a fantastic Chard, perhaps my favorite vintage of this bottling yet.

The best WS Chardonnay we’ve had. This compares to Aubert. Distinct, balanced fruit & oak, great minerality. Still drinking great.

Beautifully balanced. Would buy another bottle if I could. Lots of tropical fruit for a chardonnay. Medium oakiness.
