Pale clear gold Light slatey nose Lush rich, but bone dry palate. Really quite fabulous and aging well at 8 years I wouldn’t hesitate to hold this longer. Still quite fresh tasting

This a pleasant low end dry Alsatian white wine blend. The blend changes each year, but typically Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Riesling. Granite and alluvial soils. Mild yellow in color. Mild to moderate acidity, a bit too low for perfect balance. Simple, not complex but no off notes. It has some medium viscosity and glycerol, but no perceptible RS to me. A pleasant, but forgettable day drinker that is probably $10 at the winery and WAY overpriced where I bought it in the U.S.. Drank well on day 2 as well.

The previous four notes (especially BIGCHALICE) reflect my experience. I liked this, but it was a tad nondescript. Could have used more acid and fruit, something to make it memorable. That said, it was enjoyable to drink...uber-smooth and a touch of sweetness...honey and syrupy. PnP in the Syrah glass.

Tasty but not my fave...slightly muted in flavor, but with nice medium+ body, honey, mildly floral, and a little bit of slight sweetness which was a bit of a surprise.

Fresh and aromatic! Honey, flowers, great with Mexican fried food like flautas.
