  Pale straw in color, clear, star bright; aromas of D’anjou pears and peaches on the nose at first and then opens up to violets and slight hints of vanilla; Gala apples, D’anjou pears, violets, and lemon undertones on the palette; medium(+) body, medium(+) acidity; long finish with lingering tastes of pale and lemon. Great fruit and textured with nice, restrained acidity. Not overpowering like a lot of SB’s
