A private lunch (Restaurant Dôme-sur-Mer, Antwerp, Belgium): Plummy and nutty but fresh, chalky minerality and lift, orange, no rusticity at all, could easily be mistaken for a Cognac, stylish and delightful, little or no heat in the finish, good length. A beautiful blend.
