Paired with maine lobster. Good acidity, bright n crisp. Some citrus notes, some wood. Sweet nose of flowers, wood, n citrus. Enjoyable over a 3 hour span. In a good place but not sure how much life is in bottle.

Certainly a quality WB, but the acidity wasn't quite there. Not much for the nose either.
