Raspberry- blueberry/ strawberry, earthiness and a bit of smoke on the nose, mirrored nicely on the palate. Pairing - spaghetti with pesto, pine nuts, and parmesan. And toasted garlic bread. Delicious!!
1/21/24 - The reminder tonight was consumed with a lovely toasted Gruyere cheese sandwich, Tomato soup and sliced dill pickles. delicious!

Very light nose and body. Still medium+ acid but the tannins and fruit is to weak. It is not flawed but there is not much to come for here. Shold have been drinking this 2-3 years ago.
Became much better (richer, structured and balanced) paired with food: Roasted beef and flødekartofler.

Straits Wines - Wine Fiesta 2019 (Grand Hyatt Singapore): Fruits were big on this, characteristic of the hot 2015 weather. Plum, blackberry, greens. But still, a simple, primary one, with oak notes balancing pretty well. Perhaps a few years to do better, but not too much?

N: ™Pyrazines with notes of earth atop red rasps [TY, budosyu]
P: Med body; Nice, almost swtish frt met by astringent pucker which transitions into a LONG finish with a very slight bitterness to the dusty tannins. NEEDS through '22, I'm guessing, in HOPES it resolves/smooths out. My VG+, which could be an EVENTUAL underrate. 91 pts Suckling & 86 Vinous (Galloni). [This vendor's $24.99 is as good as any currently on wine-searcher.]
