  8 hours of slow-ox upon serving into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Flower” day): medium garnet to the eyes.
  
  Very highly concentrated set of mature cherry fruits, white spices, tarry notes.
  
  A little less layered on palate but again this is in the face of the incredible dream set of competition tonight.
  
  94 points.
  
  Second round: more strawberry and red cherry fruits. A little more truffles
