  • Muscat tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, very pale intensity, lemon colour with grayish green tinge. Thin legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of honey mustard, dirt earth, vegetal leaf, canned peach. Developed.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, low alcohol ?(10.8%), medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of tomato leaf, peaches, sweet-sour plum, savoury eaerth and wet stone minerality. Exudes a sort of creaminess with more air. Medium- finish.
Good quality. Interesting unique wine. Not for further ageing.

  • A fascinating wine with a beautiful freshly crushed tomato vine vegetal note on the nose with accents of white peach which carried on to the palate with good acidity. Remarkably savory for a Muscat, it paired very well with a range of Chinese dishes.

  • On opening, it tasted like it had gone past drinkable...but...it changed after 5-10 min. Dry, very easy to drink, floral notes are slightly weaker then i would like. High acid, tastes of ripe honeydew and some sweet-sour plum ( this is the taste which makes me feels like its on the edge of drinkability.

  • Had this on a warm summer day in the late afternoon and it was refreshing and bright. Looks like colored-water, light-weight, dry, crisp acidity with tart fruit, and floral and citrus notes. Nice alternative to sauvignon blanc for those who don't care for the green, grassy notes of many SBs.

  • Almost clear with tinge of slate golden color. Nose profusely aromatic, grapey and floral, sweet candied lychee — like a moscato. Palate shockingly dry, light body, almost watery, with bracing acidity, finish with the slightest hint of grapey sweetness. Initially matched with gingery/garlicky dumplings but was overshadowed, much better with slightly fatty/salty sausage; it would be great with a fatty nutty mild cheese (per J). Wished for more depth but a quaffable (10.9% abv) aperitif-style wine

Update: recorked and kept in fridge. On retasting after a few days, much better paired with a mild chicken sausage and cheesy fries. More weight and depth, still has good floral nose and white apricot flavors on palate. Bumping up a point
