Dark red transparant and already showing a thin aged edge. Like most Chambolle wines a great nose. Sweetened stawberries, roses and some stable. In the mouth however the acidity takes over the tastes. Hopefully this will integrate better over time. I will not touch the other bottles till 2022. (We used Coravin and between the first and last glass was about 2 months. The last round was the best so some air and movement had a positive impact as far as we believe)

Great nose. Rose petal, spices, sandalwood, sweet red fruits. Light and crisp on the mouth, with red berries and a ton of minerality - like licking stones. Delicous stuff. Tannins definitely there - too young to drink. Likely to improve with 4-6 yrs in the cellar. We opened and slow ox'd in the bottle for 75 mins, then drank over 3 hrs. The wine improved markedly and the most enjoyable glass was the last one.
