  Slightly cloudy neon dark strawberry. Initial shy nose, then underripe red berries and white plum. The palate is in keeping with the recipe, lean pinot noir, chardonnay texture, gamay fruitiness, much like a Jura corail, but without long wood aging, medium ultra-refreshing finish. Excellent example, it helps if you like this sort of wine. Enjoyed with stirfry chcken teriyaki.
