  A step behind the great tension and structure of the 2016, this bottle is nonetheless a joy to drink. Organically farmed, traditionally raised, this offers a delicious purity, bright red fruits, and lovely soil. Very pure, and mellowing a bit as it ages. Drink now thru 2028. 13,5% abv. recommended+

  Aromas of raspberry, cherry, herbs, under vegetation, and oak. High acidity that is well balanced by the tannins and fruit. Overall a relatively concentrated and impressive Chianti. You can really tell that this is a top vintage (compared to the Brolio from 2016).
