  PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs
  -slightly murky med dark red mild bricking
  -savory gamey sweet decaying forest floor faint herbal coriander
  -med acidity, med/med- weight saline faint remnants dark cherry, somewhat dried out med tannins
  -not overtly over the hill but not very harmonious right now either
