  • Utviklet, gyllengul farge.

  • Deep gold colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe yellow apples, baked lemon, vanilla, charred wood, butter, cinnamon, honey, sea salt and smoke. Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, baked lemon, butter, charred wood, smoke, cinnamon and salty sea. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good and well oaked Assyrtiko that has matured beautifully. Needed two hours of air to open. Drink now. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
