Decanted about an hour before serving with grilled steaks. Initially very fruity. But with even more air it got more perfumes and minerally. Medium+ acidity, soft texture/mouthfeel. Long raspberry and mint finish. Very elegant and delicious.

PnP, started out tight and could have benefitted for a short decant. Opened with red cherry, strawberry, red raspberry, light herbal and a hint of earthiness. Medium body, good acidity. Flavors of red cherry, strawberry, red raspberry, spice, herbs and light earthiness. Light tannins in a short finish.

Cherry dominating some hints of strawberries and herbs and a touch of soil in the bouquet. Promising entry transitioned to tightrope balance between ripe cherry and lighter raspberry notes. Had to mentally compare to Burgundy due to conversation at the time, and it reminded me somewhat of some Chambolles. Quite lovely. Will be super interested to see how it progresses. My first Rhys and very impressed.

A little earthier, a little more voluptuous than my last tasting. Has fruit and is gaining tertiary.
