  Medium yellow/gold color. No gas
  
  Medium/medium(+) aromas of yellow peach, lemon, and cherry blossoms with notes of cotton and perfume
  
  Palate: medium/medium(+) bodied, medium(+) acid, sharp but slightly creamy textured, dry, medium phenolics. Medium-intensity flavors of tart lemon with notes of limestone. Medium/medium(-) complexity, average balance, and a medium-length lemon and slightly marshmallowy finish.
  
  Leaner, tart, and dry with a really pretty nose! Paired well with fried cod.

  Almonds, peach and a little oily. There was something here that reminded me of Sauvignon blanc.
