  This is Halbtrocken. Aromas of lemon/lime and a little floral. This is tangy with lemon/lime and just a hint of sweetness. This would likely be better with a little more sugar. We'll see how this behaves with the oysters. Better with oysters but pretty great with snails and herbed butter pasta! 89
