Structured and need of a decant. Better performance last time since I decanted. Great wine to drink or to hold. Most structured of novelty hill januik range.

A dense and concentrated Cabernet. This wine is open for business and easy to drink. Stains the palate and teeth with blackberry jam. Just the right amount of sweetness. Balanced.
