I was looking for a "cabernet-like" O-noir to serve for a friend who liked cabs over pinot and this wine primarily from sedimentary soils (one of their only ones) fit the mark perfectly.
Rich, dark, ripe (14.5%!) he loved it. It reminded me of many of the C-noirs I use to drink except it was better, lol. No cola cola. No sweetness. But definitely big, round a touch heavy. Still, it blossomed over the course of the evening and the bottle never made it to desert.
Not many bottles produced in 2015 (1100 only) so it may be difficult to find apart from the winery (which is where I purchased it).

Short decant. Beautiful juice with mild tannins and a long finish. Drinking wonderfully right now. Delicious.
