  Has all the hallmarks of a classic Albarino: bone dry, super high acidity, loads of citrus, lemon pith, green apples and saline notes. In this case that flavor profile is complemented by a firm structure, a mouthfilling texture and great balance giving this medium body wine great length and excellent food-matching qualities. Superb.
