Light straw-hued. Aromas and flavors of apple, cream, mango, minerals, papaya, peach, and pear, with a slight hint of white pepper. Medium body and high acidity. Plenty of tree fruit on the nose and palate, with hints of melon and saline on the crisp, lengthy finish.

Guess the Varietal (Grapes & Grains, Temecula, CA): Tasted blind. Correctly identified as Albarino.
Peach, nectarine, saline minerality, lees contact, and elevated acidity. Actually, quite a nice Albarino that deserves a second, more detailed look.

Yellow apple, peach, and nectarine with saline and floral notes. Med+ acidity with a hint of phenolic bitterness. Enjoyable with or without food.
