  • Spicy nose, some alcohol, an impression of richness and concentration. Reductive elements, herby/stems, mineral pools! Fresh. The reduction blows off and now olive and olive oil (grassy), become more delicate, fine, and precise.

Ripe but contained on the palate. Stony and pure, bright and very clean cut. Savoury.

Later: chamomile and honey, tea... palate has a sort of GG Riesling quality that honey/oily and creamed nut turn.

I like it. Drank very well, but does it feel special?
