A journey through Martin Müllen's Riesling wonderland (Diergardts "Kühler Grund", Hattingen, Germany): Way too young to judge. Lots of reduction, slightly citric on the nose. High acidity, zesty. Needs lot of time.

A journey through Martin Müllen's Riesling wonderland (Diergardts Kühler Grund, Hattingen, Germany): On the nose a bit more yeasty, brown slate, a bit Sulphur, notes of spontaneous fermentation. Very deep.On the palate lighter as the Hühnerberg with less extract. Medium acidity which is a bit more kitschy. Lots of citrus, salt and slate. Too young? Good potential. 90+
