  Das Bouquet zeigt sich intensiv. Reife Aprikosen, Litschi, Zitrusfrucht und nasse Steine.
  
  Am Gaumen zeigt ist der Wein sehr dicht und zunächst süßlich. Die Säure kommt direkt danach, bleibt lange bestehen, verbindet sich hervorragend mit der Süße und ist minimal prickelnd. Insgesamt jedoch sehr ausgewogen.
  
  Mittleres+ und fruchtiges Finale.

  „Der Wein mag zwar noch sehr jung sein, aber die Zugänglichkeit ist beachtlich. Bereits sehr ausgewogen am Gaumen, nicht zu süß und auch nicht zu säurig.
  
  Trotz des guten Geschmacks, ist der Wein nicht sonderlich komplex oder besonders lang im Finale. Auch das an sich einladende, intensive und süßliche Bouquet lässt mich eine gewisse Eleganz vermissen. Ich muss aber dennoch hinzufügen, dass ich für 15,99 schon deutlich schlechtere, aber auch interessantere Spätlesen getrunken habe.
  
  Von daher kann ich nicht direkt vom Kauf abraten, aber durch kompetente Beratung erhält man theoretisch bessere Weine zu noch besserem Preis. Ein Weingut, welches für mich in diese Kategorie fällt ist Müllen 😊“

  Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Had the AP #07 at the pre-auction Tasting in Trier and could understand why the guys from MFW gave it 93pts. This wine sold at ALDI (German Discount retailer) is AP #06. SA Prüm owns about 10ha in the Bockstein vineyard and I guess he had a lot of lesser quality crop to sell. That's what went into this wine. It is not a bad wine, but nothing compared to AP #07.
  Nose with high amount of yeast and sulphur ("Sponti nose") that vanished with air. Lots of citrus fruit and zests, some mineral nose. Ok, but not very complex or appealing.
  Off-dry, but more on the lower end of sugar level. Could be a regular Saar Kabinett level as well. High acidity, edgy and sometimes a bit tart. Low alcohol, 8,5% abv. On the palate not very complex, with lots of lemon zests, some mineral notes. Medium complex, medium length. Very young. Lets see, how it develops. At the moment aound 86+ with a questionable PQR. Either invest 5 EUR more and get AP #07 or get much better Spätlesen from good producers at around 10-12 EUR.
