Cinammon oak, lemon and limestone on the nose - I was surpised by how much oak initially was on the nose. Viscous honey sweetness, laser precise pears and peach notes very nicely balanced with some strong limestone minerality on the palate. Absolutely no signs of being a 7 year old bottle. Many more good years left.
