Dark red in color. Crushed red berries on the nose along with spice, hint of florals and earth. Palate shows juicy tart-sweet red berries, good acidity, sneaky weight and an earthy finish. Good drink!

Bright red berry and cherry start-to-finish with subtle savory and earthy spice. This started out light and bright, and picked up weight with more air. Very good now with further upside.
Popped and poured, this was all red cherry and strawberry with savory spice. If served blind, I’d have been shocked to hear it wasn’t Pinot Noir. More earth and sweetness emerged with more air, giving some more Gamay character. Still a bit more firm than I’d prefer, but that is well offset by the wine’s weight and substance.

Tasting, easy drinking. Lots of ripe crushed red fruit, flint, and earth. Lacking a little structure.

Une bien jolie bouteille, le vin est plus ouvert que le 2015.
