  Mörk rubin, mättad. Medelgardiner (12,5 procent).
  Ganska kraftig men delikat doft av hallon, hallonkärnor och björnbär. Plus något litet diffust som inte är kaffe. Kanske te? Och en tesked oxbuljong.
  Obetydliga tanniner. Medelsyrligt. Medelfylligt, körsbär, hallon. Fruktaffär. Pytteliten beska kliver in i eftersmaken. Och det är inte dumt alls, knyter ihop bärpåsen.
  Powerbeaujolais som ändå är frisk och lättdrucken. Med mat eller utan.

  This is really good. I generally haven't been a fan of much of '20 Beaujolais (including from reliable producers like Foillard, Coudert, Thivin, etc.), but this bottle was a welcome exception. Classic Gamay fruit on the nose accented with a perfumed spice. Pure silk on the palate. A real winner for my tastes, and happy to have a few more bottles (though I may need to source more given the current WS prices listed).

  Goûté peu après son arrivée. C’est solide et peu expressif pour l’instant (j’aurais pu le carafer) mais on y décèle quand même des notes florales et de beaux arômes de fruits. Peu complexe en l’état: les vins du domaine ont besoin d’air et/ou de temps. Patience car je prévois facilement 2 points de plus pour celui-ci.
