  • The nose is very tertiary with notes of teak, leather, spice, grilled nuts and mushroom. With air the wine really freshens and the palate has a core of raisins and something that echoes red fruits. It has lovely floral nuance and some lift from the wine's volatility. It has good volume and intensity and is a cerebral wine that is thoroughly engaging and worked wonderfully well with a roast shoulder of lamb.
