  • Ok. Dad told son that making reds is like cooking where as whites are like pastry. So you, son, make the whites because I like making reds and don’t have. A delicate hand enough for whites. But now dad is gone and only son remains. And maybe pastry or dads training or fresh talent but these are some beautiful reds.

    Lots of minerality and freshness. Spicy red fruit like it’s a pommard but not a pommard and only 1% oak. 20 percent oak rather. No stems. That is serious stuff.
