  Very consistent wine. Golden Delicious Apple, honey on palate. Medium body, finish. Acidity nicely balances sweetness. Great wine by itself or with food.

  Nose of Golden Delicious apple and honeysuckle. Notes of honey & pineapple. Sweetness offset by substantial structure and acidity. IMHO, based on previous bottles, this wine has aging potential (~10 yrs) and will get better.

  My last bottle, of this vintage. This is a fantastic wine with or without food. Perfect acidity, wonderful nose long on the palate. Excellent winemaker, since his wines are great year after year. Enjoy!

  Drinking & ageing absolutely beautifully so far. I recall the acidity being notably more marked when I last tasted this about 3 years ago but that doesn't detract whatsoever from where this wine is today.

  Body: medium (+)
  Intensity: medium (+)
  Flavors: yellow apple, pear, dried apricot, honey, lemon zest, hint of baking spices
  Finish: medium (+)
  
  CONCLUSIONS:
  Quality level: very good
  Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has good potential for further ageing
