  Decanted for an hour then consumed over the next three. I doubt I have had wine from this producer in 35 years, but I have to say they have kept apace with the market. This was a serious bottle offering complexity of fruit with a sense of elegance. The tannins are soft but persist from start to finish suggesting a couple of additional years of cellaring along with another tick or two to the rating.

  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, plum and oak. It tastes like strawberry, red currant and raspberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.
